- Ministries include: Master's degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject, or Master's degree in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject, or Master's degree in any subject with Hindi/English as a medium of examination or compulsory/elective subject, or Master's degree in any subject with Hindi and English as compulsory/elective subjects, and a recognized Diploma/Certificate course in translation or 2/3 years' work experience in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central/State Government Offices or Government of India Undertakings.
